add oyster sauce (to taste)

note: oyster sauce comes in a bottle and can purchased at a grocery store. if not, go to an asian grocer or your local korean deli/bodega. oyster sauce is semi-sweet with a consistency between pancake syrup and honey.

also, need to square my account with the coffee cart man. currently owe him for 2 sm coffees ($0.60 apiece) and 2 lg coffees ($1 apiece). will probably purchase a large coffee and give him a 5 spot to cover all bases/gratuity.
