internet correspondence (6/8):
DANGER - Falling Branches/Deadwood at Parkway Park (Youth Study Center)
Dear Ms. (name withheld),
I visited the Farimount Park website and did not find a bulletin board to post information or an email address to inform the proper authorities regarding safety measures needing to be made/performed. This short e-mail concerns the necessary trimming of trees behind the Youth Study Center (small park on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway).
Recently (past month or so) some deadwood/branches have fallen/crashed to the ground on the pedestrian made path in the park at irregular intervals. The danger is a real and unexpected one for persons walking underneath or near the grove of trees.
If you could forward this email or respond with an e-mail address re: the proper department to be notified, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
(name withheld)

postscript: now think (hopefully) trees/deadwood were trimmed/removed last week when maintenance crews mowed and cleaned the grounds.
